Check out the Self-Help Forms

Head to the Oregon Courts forms page and familiarize yourself with the different types of forms that they have for your use.

It is very likely that we will work together on these forms if you decide to hire me to help you with your case. Explore the different forms and see which ones apply to your case. It will be a time saver (and thus a money saver) if you review these forms first and have an idea of the information you will need to provide.

There are different forms for dissolutions with or without children, modifications to custody, parenting time, or both, temporary orders depending on when we file them, etc.
